Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at posieskids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
